All documentation is required a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival of vessel / flight, to avoid incurring additional charges.

1. Legible copy of shipper’s passport
2. Detailed inventory in English, dated and signed by the shipper
3. Copy Bill of Lading or Airway Bill
4. C3 FORM
Client will get relief from duty and tax on transfer of residence if meeting the following criteria:
1. Moving his/her normal home to the EC
2. Having had his/her normal home outside the EC for a continuous period of at least 12 months
3. Have possessed and used them for at least 6 months outside the EC before they are imported
4. Will keep them for personal use

1. Wine / Spirits (no free allowance for unaccompanied shipments)
2. Tobacco / Perfume / Toilet water
3. Goods for commercial use and goods under 6 months old
>> Prohibited and Restricted Goods
1. Controlled drugs such as opium, heroin, cocaine, morphine, cannabis, amphetamines and LSD
2. Firearms (inc. gas pistols, electric shock batons, stun guns and similar weapons), ammunition and explosives (inc. flares incorporating a barrel)
3. Indecent or obscene video cassettes, DVDs, films, books, magazines and other articles
4. Horror comics
5. Flick knives, butterfly knives and certain other offensive weapons and some martial arts weapons
6. Counterfeit currency
7. Radio Transmitters (walkie-talkies, Citizen Band Radios, cordless telephones etc.) not approved for use in the
8. Meat and poultry; many other animal products
9. Plants and plant produce including trees & shrubs, potatoes and certain other vegetables, fruit, bulbs & seeds
10. Animals and birds, whether alive or dead (eg. stuffed), parts and articles derived from protected species inc. fur skin, ivory, reptile leather and goods made from them
